• Taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this web site?s infrastructure.
• If you have a password, allowing access to a non-public area of this web site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purpose.

No Refunds

All fees and charges are non-refundable. Contact us if you believe there has been a payment error.

In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. We cannot and do not confirm that users are who they claim to be. We expect that you will use caution and common sense using this web site.

We are not responsible for the retention or use by others, or the privacy of, information that you submit. Note that if you opt to put your resume in Doctors per Diem, Inc. database, we will use reasonable efforts to grant access only to other healthcare professionals, but we cannot guarantee that they are who they claim to be or that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to this database.
